From the perspective of the cultural anthropology, the paper analyzes the cultural core"soul", "ghost and god", "root", "ancestor" in the Chinese traditional soul outlook on the travel of "searching the origin and sacrificing the ancestors" (TSOSA). Based on the analysis of the relationship between the concepts about "rite-ritualization" and "travel-ritualization ", the paper further points out that this social and economic phenomenon is in essence a ritualized manifestation of Chinese traditional soul faith culture, thereby proposing the inherent motivation of TSOSA from tourists' spiritual world exploration.
