摘要
对我院2006年收集到的402例药物不良反应报告,建立数据库并进行统计分析。10岁以下儿童发生不良反应较多;药物中以抗感染药物所致不良反应较多;ADR临床表现以皮肤损害为主。应重视儿科临床药物不良反应的监测。
402 cases of children＇s ADR collected from our hospital in 2006 were put into data base and analyzed. The most patients who had ADR were teenagers less than 10 years, and the most cases of ADR were caused by anti-infection drugs, the clinical manifestation of most ADR was skin lesion. The most attention should be paid to monitoring children＇s ADR.
