摘要
传统锅炉内炉水一般用磷酸盐进行校正处理,但该方式容易出现磷酸盐消失、炉水PH值偏低、设备结垢、垢下腐蚀、蒸汽品质不好等问题,严重影响到机组安全运行。为此,通过论证,制定了炉水的低磷处理方案,经调整实施后,较好的解决了上述问题。
Boiler water in traditional boiler generally revises and handles with phosphate, but this way easily appears disappearance of phosphate,low PH value, equipment encrustment, corrosion below sinter, bad steam quality so on,affects seriouly safe operation of the unit. Therefor through argument, constitutes the handling scheme of low phosphorus of boiler water, after adjust and implement, resolves the above - mentioned problem better.
