摘要
用自蔓延(SHS)法合成了CA,并由CA水化合成了低硫型水化硫铝酸钙(AFm)纯样,用DTA-TG、XRD研究了AFm脱水过程中的组成与结构的变化,发现AFm在300~480℃左右脱水生成“无水AFm”,对无水AFm的水化产物、水化过程以及硬化体性能研究表明无水AFm具有较好的胶凝能力,凝结时间较长,水化硬化体强度后期增进率较高;当加入石膏时,硬化体显示明显的膨胀能力。
C 3AH 6 was produced using AR. material Dehydration process and compositions and properties of dehydrated phases were studied by means of DTA TG、XRD. Hydration products and hydration rate were determined by QXRD, The setting time of dehydrated phases and strength of hardened pastes were investigated. The paper provides foundation for establishing a new kind of cementitious material study system based on dehydrated hydrates phases at low temperature (about 400 ℃).
