摘要
辊缝在线控制模型是CVC冷轧机板形闭环控制系统的一个重要组成部分.作者运用泰勒级数展开物理方程所得的线性方程具有较强的适应性,完全可以用于在线控制计算;分析了该线性方程的关键部分──基本曲线和差商曲线;此外,还研究了弯辊力和CVC轧辊移动的在线调节策略以及控制参数的自适应校正方法.
The on--line control model of roll gap is an important part in the Automatic Flatness Control (AFC) system of CVC rolling mill. By unfolding the physical equations of roll gap with the Taylor series, the linear equations of the quadratic and biquadratic portion in the roll gap function are obtained, and are perfectly suitable for the on--line control calculations I in which the basic curve and the difference--quotient curves are the key parts. The method to establish the basic curve, bending force, rolling force and CVC roll shift differen e--quotient curves are given. In addition, the paper also expound the on--line adjusting tactics of the roll bending force and the CVC roll shift, and the self-adaptable rectifying methods of the control parameters.
