摘要
合成了二安替比林-(2-溴)苯基甲烷(DAoBM)并用元素分析、红外分析对其进行了鉴定。在吐温-20和Mn(Ⅱ)存在下.DAoBM与铬(Ⅵ)反应,生成橙红色产物。λ_(max)=480nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=6.62×10~5L·cm^(-1)·mol^(-1)。铬量在0.5~6.0μg/25ml间符合比尔定律。用于标钢中微量铬(Ⅵ)的测定,结果满意。
Diantipyryl-(o-bromo)phenylmethane (DAoBM) was synthesised, its structure was identified. A sensitive and selective spectrophotometdc method has been developed for the determination of Cr (Ⅵ) with DAoBM in the presence of Tween-20 and Mn (Ⅱ). Cr (Ⅵ) reacts with DAoBM to form a orange-red product in the medium of phosphoric acid. The maximun absorbance of the product is at 480nm with molar absorptivity of 6.62×10.5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.5-6.0μg/25ml. The method has been applied to the determination of Cr (Ⅵ) in chromium steel.
