大厂中粗粒级磨机中应用新型介质的可行性研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对车河选厂中粗粒级磨矿中应用新型细磨介质问题进行研究指出,该选厂采用棒磨机不适用3~0mm的中粗粒级磨矿要求,并针对该厂的中粗粒磨现场工作情况,提出用一种新型中粗粒磨磨矿介质的新方案:即用铸铁锻取代原用钢棒作中粗粒磨磨矿介质.实验室扩大连续试验及现场前阶段1.5~0mm中粗粒的工业试验均验证了新型介质在该厂中粗粒磨的应用是可行的,并大大地改善了整个磨矿过程的各项技术经济指标.本文的研究指出。 This paper discusses the issue of applying a new fine grinding medium to the intermediate-coarse mill in Chehe Processing Plant The results have demmstrated that rod mill is not applicable to the demands of the range of 3-0 mm ore particle size characteristics In accordance with these conditions of the mill,it has advanced a new scheme in which the grinding medium of the steel rod is substituted for by a new wear-restisting allog medium-cast iron,and has verified it feasible in the extended-continuous laboratory and industrial milling researches to the range of 1 5~0 mm of that These reseashes also show that all tcehnical-ecnolmic indexs can be improved greatly to the mill Finally the paper has come to the concl nsion that to the range of 3-0 mm of that,it is also successful to apply the new scheme to the mill Key wrods intermediate-coarse ore particde size characteristics,new fine grinding medium,feasibility of studying
