摘要
通过在线监测系统对空压机机组进行状态监测,并由其频谱特性和相位特性以及轴心轨迹进行相应的故障诊断,分析空压机在运行过程中产生振动的原因,并提出降低振动的处理措施,初步实现设备的预测维修,以保证压缩机安全、可靠地工作。
Air compressor states are monitored with the on-line monitoring system, depending on the spectrum character, the phase character and the locus of journal center, the reasons why DH63 air compressor produces vibration in the course of operation are ana- lyzed, and the countermeasures of reducing vibration put forward, and the prediction maintenance is applied, so as to ensure the com- pressor working safely and reliably.
