摘要 以过硫酸铵为引发剂,制备了羧甲基甲壳素接枝丙烯酸甲酯共聚物,讨论了反应条件对接枝率和接枝效率的影响。确定最佳反应条件为:羧甲基甲壳素0.4 g,丙烯酸甲酯2.0 g,水50.0 mL,过硫酸铵60.0 mg,在50℃反应3.0 h。接枝共聚物具有水溶性。接枝反应是由过硫酸铵和羧甲基甲壳素上存在的氨基组成的氧化还原引发体系引发的。 Using ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator, the graft copolymer of methyl acrylate with carboxymethyl chitin was prepared and the effects of reaction conditions on graft copolymerization were studied. The optimum conditions were shown as follows, carboxymethyl chitin 0. 4 g, methyl acrylate 2.0 g, water 50. 0 mL, APS 60. 0 mg, at 50℃, reaction time 3.0 h. Graft copolymer was water-soluble. The reaction was initiated by the oxidation-reduction system which was composed of APS and the amino-group of carboxymethyl chitin.
