支气管哮喘患者太渊穴红外辐射光谱病理信息探测 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探测哮喘患者和健康对照组太渊穴红外辐射光谱,分析穴位红外辐射中包含的重要的生理病理信息。方法:采用PHE201型体表红外光谱仪探测37名哮喘患者和34名健康成人左右太渊穴及其非穴对照点的1.5~16μm红外辐射光谱。结果:哮喘患者与健康人太渊穴及其非穴对照点的红外辐射光谱形态基本相似;在某些波长哮喘患者与健康人太渊穴及其非穴对照点的红外辐射强度比较有显著差异(P<0.01~P<0.05);哮喘组左右太渊穴红外辐射强度的差异性与健康人比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:太渊穴的某些波长的红外辐射强度变化承载着特异性病理信息。 Objective:To detect and compare infrared radiation spectrums of Taiyuan (LU 9) at Cunkou Pulse between asthma patients and healthy people for the purpose of analyzing important physiological and pathological information contained in the infrared radiation of acupoint. Methods: A high-sensitive infrared radiation detecting device was applied to observe the infrared radiation spectrums from wave length of 1.5 μm to 16 p,m on Taiyuan (LU 9) and control point in 34 healthy people and 37 asthma patients. Results: The shape of the infrared radiation spectrums of Taiyuan (LU9) and its control point of asthma patients was similar to those of healthy people. There were significant differences at some wavelengths between the healthy and the patients and between Taiyuan (LU 9) and the control point, P〈 0.05-0.01. The number of wavelength spots with significant difference in infrared spectral intensity between left and right Taiyuan (LU9) of asthma patients was significantly different from that of healthy subjects, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion: The pathological information does exist in the infrared radiation spectrum of Taiyuan (LU9) at Cunkou Pulse.
