摘要
对光电直读光谱仪测定Mn含量不确定度的来源进行分析,并对Mn含量测定结果的不确定度进行评定,确定和计算测定过程各不确定度分量,以w(Mn)=0.492%为例,推导出测量结果不确定度为0.015%。
To analyze the source of uncertainty of mensurating Mn content with photoelectricity direct-reading spectrometer. The uncertainty of Mn content mensurating results is evaluated. Every uncertainty components in mensurating course are ensured and calculated. Taking Mn mass fraction being 0. 492% as example, uncertainty of mensurating result is deduced, which is 0.015%.
