摘要
对生成己二酸的反应机理与反应动力学进行了假设与简化,建立了己二酸装置的数学模型,并在计算机上应用序贯计算方法对该装置进行了模拟。在模拟的基础上,应用Needer-Mead最优化方法求解己二酸装置的最优工艺参数。根据模拟和优化计算结果提出了调优方案。该方案在辽阳石油化纤公司化工四厂己二酸装置实施后,该装置原料硝酸、环己醇和环己酮单耗明显降低,副产物生成量减少,取得了明显的调优效果。
Hypothesis and simplification have been made to the results of former studies on reaction mechnism and kinetics of the synthesis of adipic acid.A methematical model of the adipic acid plant was built up.The sequential calculation can fulfill the simulation for the whole working section.On the basis of simulation,we worked out the optimum process parameters of this multi series reaction system by appyling the Needer Mead optimization method.The optimization plan has been put into effect in the Adipic Acid Plant of Liaoyang Petrochemical Fibre Corporation with good results.
