阐述了水利信息化投资的必要性,对水利信息化投资的经济学分析、融资途径、管理体制等方面进行了分析,并提出了增强投资效益的一些措施,以保障水利信息化投资能够取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The following paper illustrates the necessity of the investment for water conservancy informationization, analyzes its economic analysis, financing channels and managerial system, and proposes some measures to increase investment results, in order to guarantee the capital investment for water conservancy informationization to achieve well economic and social benefits.
