摘要
从武术健身的角度研究了武术的基本理论与方法;从健身方法应符合自我身心需要和充分发挥主观能动性的角度创编了态能拳。教学实验研究表明,态能拳使血清IgG明显升高。该拳法特点是无固定套路,易学易练。
This paper studies the basic theories and methods of Wushu from aspect of Wushu bodybuilding functions. Tainengquan was complied according to the theory that bodybuilding methods should meet the needs of the people's body and yield the subjective initiative of the human beings. Teaching experiments show that Tainengquan has no action route. It is easy to practice and can raise the serum immunoglobulin of the human body.
