摘要
以无核小枣和金丝小枣为材料,采用常规石蜡切片法对枣果核核层发育进行了研究。结果表明:果核发育可大致分为3个时期即果核发育的前期,果核发育的中期,果核发育的后期。在果核发育的前期和中期无核小枣相对于金丝小枣其核层细胞的分裂速度慢,停止分裂的时间早,且酚类物质的积累少。果核发育的后期,无核小枣核层细胞的木质化程度低,且只是局部木质化。基于以上差异形成了无核小枣的果核较薄软且可食这一优点。
The stone of jujube was dehydrated, embeded and cut in paraffin maily studied on the warieries of Wuhexiaozao and Jinsixiaozao. Materials were wax. The results were as follows:the development of stone in ziziphus could be divided into three stages (the form stage,the middle stage,the late stage).There were difference in the three stages. In the first two stages, the division rate of stone cell in Wuhexiaozao was less than that in Jinsixiaozao. The division of stone cell was former in Wuhexiaozao than Jinsixiaozao. In the later stage, the lignification level of stone cell in Wuhexiaozao was lower than that in Jinsixiaozao. Futhermore the stone cells were partly lignified in Wuhexiaozao, however in Jinsixiaozao were wholly lignified. The diference results to the light stone cell in Wuhexiaozao.
