肿瘤细胞对氨甲蝶呤耐药相关酶基因组学的研究
摘要
肿瘤细胞对化疗药物氨甲蝶呤易获得耐受性,其耐受的机制很多。近年来,随着人们对其在基因水平研究的逐渐深入,发现氨甲蝶呤在代谢途径中主要的二氢叶酸还原酶和叶酰聚谷氨酸合成酶编码基因突变是引起耐受的主要原因,它们已经成为当今研究的热点。现综合近年来相关的文献报道,从基因组学和其相关氨基酸突变的角度阐述肿瘤细胞获得性耐药的生化机制。
