摘要
结合单分子层和双分子层两方面来研究PEO-PO-EO三嵌段共聚物修饰脂质体的稳定性影响.LB膜天平测定了PEO-PO-EO三嵌段共聚物与卵磷脂的单分子层的π~A等温压缩曲线,结果显示随着PEO-PO-EO三嵌段共聚物分子量的增加,起始表面压、崩溃压、平均分子面积都有规律的变化。脂质体粒径随着pEO-PO-EO共聚物的亲水链的增长及浓度的增加而增大。ζ电位随着PEO-PO-EO三嵌段共聚物疏水链的增长而减小,说明脂质体表面共聚物的存在.
In this article, we study the stability of PEO-PPO-PEO tri-block modify liposomes in monolayer and dilayer two sides. π-A isotherms of PEO-PPO-PEO tri-block copolymer and lecithin mixure monolayer is carded by Langmuir balance, which shows the original surface pressure, collapse pressure and average molecular area changed regularly with increase of PEO-PPO-PEO tri-block molecular weight. In the other side, systematic investigations as a function of copolymer added concentration and molecular structure were undertaken throughout. The results indicate a increase in mean vesicle diameter. The ζ-potential values obtained decrease with the increasement of molecular hydrophobic chain, illustrating the presence of polymer chains at the vesicle surface.
