摘要
当代的经济是全球化的经济,汇率政策越来越成为政府对经济进行宏观调控的重要手段。长期以来,对汇率制度的选择问题,学术上一直没有一个统一的观点,本文基于历史发展的角度来对这一问题作一些探讨。
The present economy is a global economy, the exchange policy by which the government adjust macro-economy become more and more important. For a long time, there was no a common opinion about which one is good between the two kinds of exchange systems. This article discuss it based on the history of exchange development.
