新型质子导电聚合物电解质的研制及性能研究

摘要 以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为基质,掺杂P2O5保水剂,研制了一种新型质子P2O5/PVDF聚合物复合薄膜电解质.应用交流阻抗技术研究了P2O5/PVDF聚合物复合薄膜电解质的导电性.讨论了该聚合物复合薄膜电解质电导率随相对湿度、测量温度变化规律.应用红外光谱法研究了掺杂P2O5后电解质的结构变化.应用热分析仪研究了P2O5/PVDF聚合物复合薄膜电解质的热稳定性.结果表明,电解质膜在低于100℃具有稳定性,是一种在室温电导率较高的质子导电的室温聚合物电解质. A new proton conducting polymer membrane electrolyte material of PVDF doped with P2O5 (P2O5/PVDF) was developed. The electrical conductivity of P2O5/PVDF electrolytes was measured by AC impedance technique. The relation of the electrical conductivity to humidity and measurement temperature was discussed. The structure of P2O5/PVDF electrolytes was studied by FT-IR spectroscopy. The thermal stability of P2O5/PVDF electrolytes was characterized by using TGA and DTA experiment. The results showed that P2O5/PVDF membrane was stable up to 100 ℃ and that the conductivity of the membrane reached 10^- 2 S·cm ^- 1 at room temperature.
