摘要
中国高教管理研究会2007学术年会的主题为"和谐文化建设背景下的高等教育管理理念与实践",围绕这一主题,会议开设了十个研讨专题,分别是:和谐文化与高校文化使命;和谐文化与高校管理理念;和谐文化与现代大学制度;和谐文化与高校办学特色;和谐文化与高校和谐校园;和谐文化与高校民主管理;和谐文化与高校质量管理;和谐文化与高校人才素质培养;传统和谐理念在高校的传承与培育;和谐文化与多校区建设。这些议题,得到了与会代表的广泛认同和积极响应,形成了80多篇有价值的学术论文。这些论文积极探索高等教育管理的新思路、新方法,对高等教育管理的实践提出了有益的思路和建议。
The topic of 2007 Annual Conference of China Higher Education Management Society was ＂concept and practice of higher education management in constructing harmonious culture＂. Ten special subjects were open for discussion around this topic. They are ＂harmonious culture and the function of university and college culture＂, ＂harmonious cuhure and the idea of higher education management＂, ＂harmonious culture and the modem system of colleges and universities＂, ＂harmonious culture and the characteristics of the school-running of colleges and universities＂, ＂harmonious culture and a harmonious campus＂, ＂harmonious culture and dem- Ocratic management in colleges and universities＂, ＂harmonious culture and control of the quality of colleges and universities＂, ＂harmonious culture and the cultivation of talents＇ quality in colleges and universities＂, ＂carrying forward and cultivating the harmonious traditional ideas in colleges and universities＂, and ＂harmonious culture and multi-campus construction＂. These subjects were widely approved of and received an enthusiastic response at the conference. And around them were written 80 valuable papers exploring the new ways of higher education management and putting forward constructive suggestions for its practice.
