摘要
近现代意义的图书馆从19世纪50年代发端,到目前已有150多年的历程,图书馆服务理念也逐步得到确立、更新和发展。本文回顾了图书馆服务理念从"三适当"准则到"五原则",从"一切为了读者"到"和谐服务"的演变过程。
Library in the modem sense started in 1850s and has experienced over 150 years of changes. Its service ideas have been well - established, renewed and developed. In this paper, the author reviewed library service ideas changes from the "Three Appropriate" norm to "Five Principles", from "Customers First and For Most" to "Harmony Service".
