摘要
分析了DQ-V-01催化剂的物理和化学性质。该催化剂的比表面积为363.90 m^2/g、孔体积为0.37 cm^3/g,较DQ-Ⅲ催化剂大幅度增加。采用DQ-V-01催化剂在Spheripol工艺聚丙烯装置上生产了共聚产品EPS30R,在气相反应压力低于1.1 MPa、气相反应器料位为50%时,共聚产品中的乙烯质量分数大于10%.其常温冲击强度由原来的512 J/m提高到634 J/m,低温冲击强度由原来的62 J/m提高到73 J/m,而弯曲模量基本不变,达到理想的刚韧平衡,产品综合性能优良。
The physical and chemical properties of catalyst DQ -V-01 were analyzed. The results showed that the specific area and pore volume of the catalyst was 360.9 m^2/g and 0.37 cm^3/g, respectively, both increasing in large magnitude compared with catalyst DQ-Ⅲ. The catalyst was used to produce propylene copolymer EPS30R in a Spheripol process polypropylene (PP) plant. In case the reaction pressure was below 1.1 MPa and feedstock level was at 50% in the gas reactor, the ethylene content in the resultant copolymer was higher than 10%, the copelymer's impact strength at ambient temperature increased to 634 J/m from its original value 512 J/m and low temperature impact strength rose to 73 J/m from 62 J/m, whereas the copolymer's flexural modulus kept unchanged and approached an ideal equilibrium between rigidity and toughness. The comprehensive performance of the copolymer product was superior.
