摘要
肾移植术后抗HLA抗体的产生与急、慢性排斥反应都有直接或间接的关系。及时检测并去除抗HLA抗体可显著提高移植物存活率。本文综述了近年有关抗HLA抗体的研究及进行移植术后常规检测的意义。
