摘要
以4-(4′-乙基)联苯硼酸和4-丙基溴苯为原料,采用Suzuki偶联反应在Pd(PPh3)4催化下合成了4-乙基-4″-丙基-1,1′∶4′,1″-三联苯液晶,其结构经MS表征。考察了催化剂、反应时间、保护气体、碱等对反应的影响,找出了产生自偶联、脱硼酸和芳基-芳基互换3种副产物的影响因素,并对其产生的机理进行了讨论。
4-Ethyl-4″-propyl-1,1′: 4,4″-triphenyl was synthesized by suzuki-coupling reaction of 4- (4′-ethyl)-biphenyl boric acid and 4-propylbromobenzene using Pd( PPh3 )4 as a catalyst. The structures of the product and byproducts were confirmed by MS. The effects of catalyst, reaction time, shielding gas and base on suzuki-coupling reaction were investigated. The principal byproducts were formed by self-coupling, deboric acid and the alkyl-aryl interchange. The mechanism of byproduct production was discussed.
