改性MoS2填充型PP/PPS复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以硬脂酸(SA)为表面改性剂,制备出改性MoS2粉末。通过FT-IR、XRD表征发现:MoS2粉体粒子表面被有机物包覆,且层状物MoS2的晶体结构未发生改变。将改性MoS2与PP、PPS通过机械共混,共混料在模压成型机上制备出SA/MoS2PP/PPS复合材料,经过磨损试验表明,改性MoS2填充型PP/PPS的耐磨性能提高,经过初步的宏观形貌观察和分析,得出了磨损机理。 The MoS2 powder were modified with SA. The result shown that the MoS2 particles' surface was covered by SA, and its crystal structure did not change through FT-IR and XRD analysis. Then, the modified MoS2 powder were mixed with PPS and PP powder, and the mixed materials were put in to the mold to make the forming SA/MoS2/PP/PPS composites. By the wear experiment, the SA/MoS2/PP/PPS composites'resistance to wear got better than PP/PPS. Also, the wear principle was got with the study on the macroscopical outlikes of composites wear surface.
