摘要 以电沉积法制备的Ti/Sb2O5-SnO2/PbO2电极为阳极,用于对氨基苯酚(PAP)水溶液的恒电流电解,利用紫外光谱初步探讨了PAP电化学降解的历程。结果表明,PAP电化学降解为逐级氧化,主要中间产物为苯醌、丁烯二酸和草酸,最终产物为CO2和水.考察了电解时间、反应温度、电流密度及PAP初始浓度对COD去除率的影响,提出了电化学降解反应的最佳条件。20℃,对初始浓度10mg/L的PAP水溶液,恒定电流密度100mA/cm^2,电解1h,COD去除率可达98.5%。该方法作为废水中PAP的完全矿化处理,具有良好的应用前景. Ti/Sb2O5-SnO2/PbO2 anode prepared by electrodeposition was used for the galvonostatic electrolysis of p-amino-phenol (PAP). The pathway of electrochemical degradation of PAP was researched by UV-spectroscopy. The result showed that the degradation of PAP was a oxidation of step by step. The main intermediates of PAP degradation were benzoquinone, oxalic acid and maleic acid, and the final products were carbon dioxide and water. The effect of electrolysis time, temperature, current density and initial concentration of PAP on the removal of chemical oxygen demand (COD) was explored. The optimum condition of electrochemical degradation of PAP was proposed. It was found that the COD removal of PAP which initial concentration was 10mg/L has achieved 98.5% in lh under temperature 20℃, current density 100mA/cm^2. This method as a minimization for PAP in wastewater will have a good applied prospects.
