摘要
在使用过程中,HDF的力学强度不仅会降低,而且其甲醛释放量也会发生变化。采用气候箱老化法处理HDF,按照国家标准跟踪测试HDF的理化指标,探索HDF甲醛释放的规律,为消除甲醛污染和改善室内环境提供理论依据。试验结果表明,在湿热作用下,HDF的力学指标下降到一定程度后趋于平稳,而甲醛释放量与老化周期成指数关系,并使HDF甲醛释放量长期保持在较高水平。
During using, not only physics properties, but also formaldehyde emission of high density fiberboard changes. High density fiberboard was aged in the climatic cabinet in order to disclose the mechanism of formaldehyde emission. The results showed that the physics properties of high density fiberboard decline to the number, and the relation between formaldehyde emission quantity and ageing period is index moment. However the formaldehyde emission quantity would hold a high numerical number.
