摘要
TiO2电容-压敏陶瓷非线性伏安特性和介电性能优良,具有吸收高频噪声和过电压保护的功能。综述了TiO2电容-压敏陶瓷的粉体制备、成型、烧结工艺、烧成制度以及烧结气氛等工艺过程的研究现状,并对其进行了展望。
TiO2 capacitor-varistor ceramics is characterized by its excellent nonlinear volt-amppere characteristic and high dielectric constant. It has high-frequence noise absorption and overvoltage protection function. The recent developments on the research for the TiO2 capacitor-varistor ceramics were reviewed in this paper, which contain powder manufacturing, forming technique, sintering technique, sintering system and sintering ambience, and the evolution of it was forecast at the same time.
