摘要
目的提供连续薄层断层标本的任意方位重采样方法。方法用Amira软件对连续冰冻断层标本三维数据场进行任意方位剖切,观察并评测断层图像。结果重采样断面图像清晰,采样间隔越小,即采样频率越高,重采样图像质量越高,与原始图像差别越低。结论连续薄层断层数据重采样的图像可为断层解剖和影像研究提供形态学资料。
Objective To build the special resampling approach for thin serial sections at any direction, Methods Amira software was employed to dissect and resampling the sectional volume dataset of serial icesections at any direction. The quality of images was observed and evaluated. Results Target structures were clearly shown in the resampling sectional images. The lower of the interval of sampling was, that is, the higher sampling frequency was, the higher was the image quality, and more similar with the original image. Conclusion The resampling method of serial thin slices can provide morphologic data for human sectional anatomy and imaging study.
