摘要
工人阶级是中国共产党的阶级基础。改革开放以来,我国工人阶级的内涵和外延均发生了深刻的变化,工人阶级的力量进一步增强。在新的时代背景下,必须依法保障职工的各项权益,不断壮大工人阶级队伍,提高工人阶级素质,积极抓好党建工作,这样才能不断增强竞的阶级基础,巩固党的执政地位。
The working class is the class fonudation of Chinese Communist Party. After their reform and open policy was carried out, the concepts and contents of working class have been changed and their power has also been increased. Under the new conditions, CCP shoud enhance its foundation of working class by ensuring the workers＇legal rights, englarging the population and promoting the quality of the working class.
