摘要
近年来我国城市家庭人口组成发生了巨大的变化,并直接影响到住宅的设计。文章主要从老年人家庭、年轻的丁克家庭、工作生活合为一体的SOHO族这三类家庭的不同需求出发,剖析目前住宅设计的一些问题,力图找到针对性的解决方法。
In recent years, there is a great change of city family population composition,which influences the house design directly. The article analyzes some problems during house design from the requirements of three kinds of family of senor citizen family, young DINK family and SOHO group who integrates work and life and tries hard to find solutions correspondingly.
