现浇固化土衬砌渠道试验及应用效果

摘要 利用L9(33)正交试验方法,以固化剂掺和率、水泥掺和率和土壤含水率为试验因素,无侧限抗压强度为响应指标,研究了以重壤土为土料的现浇固化土优化配合比。当固化剂掺和量为10%、水泥掺和量为8%、土壤含水率为25%时,可获得满意的无侧限抗压强度4.17 MPa,另外还系统总结了现浇固化土衬砌渠道的施工工艺。在宝应县临城灌区进行的试点应用表明,现浇固化土应用于灌溉渠道衬砌是可行的,现浇固化土衬砌与混凝土衬砌相比的节省材料费用31.7%。 Mixing proportion of cast-in-place stabilized soil was studied by L9 (3^3) orthogonal experiment. When Soil stabilizer content, cement content and water content of soil(heavy loam soil) amount to 10%, 8% and 25% respectively, stabilized soil reached a satisfactory unconfined compression strength 4. 17 MPa. In addition, the work process of cast-in-place stabilized soil for irrigation canal is presented. The results have been applied to canal lining of Lincheng irrigation district of Baoyin County. Cost analysis show that lining materials cost of cast-in-place stabilized soil reduced by 31.7 % as compared with concrete lining.
