摘要
目的比较几种EB病毒建系方法的可行性。方法利用EB病毒(Epstein-Barrvirus,EBV)转化淋巴细胞建系的四种方法:即微量全血法,冻存全血法,冻存白细胞法和环孢霉素A(CyA)法,对全血淋巴细胞进行转化建系。结果四种方法均可成功建系,按建系效率从高到低依次为:环孢霉素A法、冻存白细胞法、冻存全血法和微量全血法。结论在血量充足的情况下,建议选择环孢霉素A法进行建系。
Objective Compare the feasibility of several methods in EB virus transforming B ceils. Methods Use four methods of transforming human B lymphocyte into immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines: small amout of whole blood method, frozen whole blood method, frozen leukocyte method and cyclosporine A method. Results All these methods can be used to establish the ceil lines successfully, arrange an order according to the efficiency, from high to low, is cyclosporine A method; frozen leukocyte method; frozen whole blood method; small amout of whole blood method. Discuss If the sample is enough, we recommend cyclosporine A method.
