摘要 红细胞在运动中起着运输氧气、二氧化碳及营养物质等重要的作用,不同运动强度对红细胞的理化性质会产生不同的影响,运动同时对血液中红细胞免疫也产生了较大影响,这一点也是为大多数研究者所忽视的问题。通过全面了解运动对红细胞的影响,利用红细胞免疫指标监控运动训练,诊断过度疲劳,将会开拓人们的视野,对于全面了解运动对机体免疫力的影响将起到重要的促进作用。 The erythrocyte has important function to conveyance of the oxygen, carbon dioxide and nourishment material etc. In sports, the dissimilarity strength's sport will produce different influence on physics and chemistry to erythrocyte property, at the same time, exercising also produces more and greatly influence to the erythrocyte immunity, which is also the problem that is neglected by most researchers. The overall understanding the influence of sports to the erythrocyte, making use of erythrocyte immunity index sign supervision in sports training, and diagnosing excessiveness fatigue, will expand people's visual field, will also promote a function importantly to the understanding of the influence which exercise producing to the machine body immunity dint completely.
