摘要
对因电石渣浆上清液中悬浮物含量、温度过高而不能完全回用于乙炔发生器的技术难题进行了详细分析。通过烧杯试验找出了存在的问题,提出了改进方案,并在实践中得到了证实,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The technological problem that carbide slag supernatant couldn't be completely recycled to acetylene generator, which was caused by the high content of suspended substance and high temperature, was analyzed carefully. Through beaker experiment, main problems were found and an improving measure was proposed. In practical application, it produced good economic and social effects.
