摘要
简要介绍了我国小麦近几年来的生产、消费和产业化现状,分析了我国面制主食发展中存在的问题,指出了我国主食社会化、工业化和现代化发展的前景与应对对策。
The status of wheat production, consumption and industrialization in China was introduced in brief in this article. The problem existed in the development of our main meal products made from wheat flour was analyzed. The prospect and countermeasures about the developments of socialization, industrialization and modernization of main meal products was put forward in the end.
