摘要
目的了解老年高血压病患者疾病相关的健康行为现状,探讨预防对策。方法采用自编一般资料调查表、Morisky-Green服药依从性测评表和健康行为量表对120例老年高血压病患者进行问卷调查。结果本组102例患者服药治疗高血压,其中依从性高23例,依从性中45例,依从性差34例。老年高血压病患者在参与活动、心理应激、生活习惯方面均存在不健康行为;老年高血压病患者在心理应激、生活习惯维度健康行为得分明显高于普通老年人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);老年高血压病患者与普通老年人群在参与活动维度健康行为的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年高血压病患者存在疾病相关的不健康行为,促进患者采取健康行为的预防控制策略和措施亟待加强。
Objective To investigate the current situation of disease-related health behaviors in the elderly patients with hypertension and explore preventive countermeasures. Methods Serf-designed questionnaire, Morisky-Green Compliance Scale and Health Behavior Scale were used to investigate among 120 elderly hypertensive patients. Results Among 102 patients with hypertension who took medicine, 23 had good compliance, 45 average compliance and 34 poor compliance. Unhealthy behavior occurred in the elderly patients with hypertension in view of attendance of social activities, mental stress and living habits. The patients had higher scores in attendance of social activities and mental stress than healthy elderly persons, which showed statistic significance （P〈0.05）. While there was no significant difference in living habit between them （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Unhealthy behaviors related to the disease exist in elderly patients with hypertension, so preventive strategy should be taken to help them to behave healthily.
