三明市高一学生艾滋病相关知识态度行为调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解福建省三明市高中生对艾滋病的认知、态度和行为现状,为探索和推广可行的健康教育和行为干预提供科学依据。方法对三明市3068名高一学生进行艾滋病相关问题的问卷调查。结果高中生对艾滋病相关知识的认知率总体较低,知识总得分为(18.60±8.12)分,主要三大传播途径答对率为81.3%,而主要非传播途径的认知率不高。各项知识得分男生均高于女生,重点中学学生均高于普通中学和职业中学学生。对婚前/婚外性行为态度,男生比女生更加开放(P<0.01);对HIV感染者/AIDS病人的态度,男生比女生宽容(P<0.05),有45.5%的学生表示同情艾滋病患者。学生性行为发生率为3.6%,职业中学最高为4.6%,男、女生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三明市高中学生艾滋病相关认知不容乐观,对该人群实施艾滋病预防干预非常必要。 Objective To get to know the knowledge, attitudes and behavior status of AIDS/HIV among senior middle school students in Sanming Middle School of Fujian Province, in order to provide scientific basis for the exploratiou and promotion of fessible health education and behavior,intervention. Methods 3 068 freshmen of senior high school in Sanming city were surveyed with questionnaire on AIDS relevant problems. Results In general the cognition rate of AIDS related knowledge was low, and the score on that knowledge was about 18.60 ± 8.12. Among all the people who answered the questionnaire, 81.3% had the correct answers to the three major ways of AIDS transmission, however, the cognition rate of the minor ways was low. Among all the knowledge scores, boy students scored higher than girl students; students from key middle schools scored higher than those who were from average middle schools and professional middle schools. Boy students were more open on pre-marital and unmafital sexes( P 〈 0.01 ) and more tolerable of AIDS patient( P 〈 0.05). About 45.5% students showed sympathy for AIDS patients. Sex behavior rate was 3.6% (4.6% in professional middle schools), and there was no statistical sense of the difference between rattle and female students( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion In Sanming, students' knowledge of AIDS is inadequate, and it is very necessary to carry out AIDS prevention programs in this group of people.
