摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床护理方法。方法对430例胆囊结石及胆囊息肉患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术的术前及术后护理进行回顾性总结。结果采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石及胆囊息肉患者临床疗效确切,术后并发症少,仅1例出现胆漏。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术,通过加强术前、术后临床护理,并及时作出处理,可明显减少本手术并发症。
Objective：To explore the chnical nursing of Cholecystectomy via laparoscopic.Methods：Nursing on 430 patients with gallstones or gallbladder polyps were summeriged retrospectively before and after they were treated with laparoseopie eholecysteetomy .Results： Laparoscopic cholecystectomy be treating gallstones polyps and gallbladder polyps has positive efficacy and less complications, just only one patient happened to be bileleakage.Conclusions： The complications of laparoseopie eholecystectomy could be reduced apparently through enhancing clinical nursing before and after surgery .
