摘要
在深入分析磁场定向控制理论和永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,简称PMSM)数学模型的基础上,介绍了一种新的滑模变结构控制算法,它将反电动势估算值引入到反电流观测的反馈计算中,这种算法应用于PMSM矢量控制系统的状态观测,可提高转子磁链位子角的估算精度和系统的稳定性。另外,针对传统的双闭环启动方式中存在的电流和转速过冲现象,介绍了一种渐进式软启动控制策略。最后,采用TMS320C24x验证了控制策略在PMSM控制系统中的优良调速性能。
Based on the analysis of Field Orientated Control(FOC) theory and mathematical model of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM),a new state estimation algorithm for sensorless PMSM vector control system is designed in this paper.The estimated Back Electric Move Force(BEMF) is feedback to the current observer in the new arithmetic to increase the precision of rotor position and velocity estimation as well as the stability of system when the method mentioned is applied to state observation in the vector control system of PMSM.Within this report an enhanced control scheme of startup are presented to restrain the current and speed in startup state.Experimental results based on TMS320C24x verify the correctness of arithmetic and advantage of the proposed strategy.
