摘要
实验表明:生物基乙二醇可直接作为聚酯工业的原料,并可利用现有的聚合设备与精对苯二甲酸进行酯化,再缩聚,制得纺丝性能和染色性能比现有聚酯更优异的新型共聚酯纤维,这一性质起因于生物基乙二醇中含有质量分数为2%的丙二醇、丁二醇和戊二醇等多组分二元醇。
The experiment results showed that the corn-glycol can be directly used as raw material of polyester industry. It can be copolyrnerized with PTA on the exist polymerization equipments to produce a new type copolyester fiber which spinning and dyeing properties superior to the exist polyester All these properties of corn-polyester was due to that there was about 2 percent multi-component glycol(including propanediol,butanediol ,pentanediol) in corn-glycol.
