摘要 土地承载力的研究对于指导区域规划和促进区域经济可持续发展都有十分重要的意义。通过土地承载力的概念归纳总结出其特点,回顾了国内外土地承载力研究概况,重点提出了研究中存在的问题和未来的研究方向:紧密结合可持续发展理论,进一步完善和深化土地承载力研究理论和方法;逐步建立土地资源利用等相关数据库,便于对土地承载力进行更准确有效的动态及发展变化趋势研究;将研究应用于区域产业的规划和发展,做到产业发展与土地利用结构的最优化组合;从环境保护的角度出发,分析土地资源对污染物的承载能力,实现土地生产潜力的最大化。 Research of land carrying capacity is of much significance to conduct regional environmental planning and promote its sustainable development. This paper first introduces the concept of land carrying capacity and summaries its characteristics. Then research about land carrying capacity at home and abroad is reviewed. In the end, this paper points out problems of the research at present, so future study about land carrying capacity is presented: Combined with sustainable development studies, further studying and developing the theory as well as methods of land carrying capacity ; Establishing database for land resources to help dynamics and trend research of land carrying capacity; Studying land carrying capacity to conduct regional social economic activities so as to optimize regional industry development and proper land use ; From the point of view of environmental protection, analysis of land carrying capacity towards pollutants for land productivity maximization.
