白血病患者红细胞膜GSHPx及SA研究

摘要 本文测定了白血病人红细胞变形能力(RCD)及红细胞膜谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性和唾液酸(SA)含量。结果表明:与对照组比较,RCD明显降低;红细胞膜GSHPX活性变小和SA含量明显减少(P<0.05)。这些变化可使红细胞寿命缩短。 Glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) activity and sialic acid (SA) content of the erythrocyte membrane and red cell deformability (RCD) from the patients with leukemia were measures. The result showed: It was reduction, compared with con-trast, that the RCD decreased and GSHPx activity and SA content of erythrocyte membrans reduced in the patients with leukmia, (P<0. 05 ).. Those changes are able to shorten the life of the RBC with leukemia.
