摘要
报道３１例全耳廓再造情况，并介绍一次成形耳后皮瓣、筋膜瓣全耳廓再造和皮肤扩张后全耳廓再造两种术式、术中操作要点及优缺点。讨论了如何对残耳组织的利用和强调对一些条件适合的患者如要改善听力，应在做耳廓再造时，同时行鼓室成形术。
This article reported the 31 cases of whole auricle reconstruction, and presented the two surgery skills for whole auricle reconstruction, Once shaped postauricular flap and fascio cataneous flap and skin dilation. The main points in the operation, their advantages and disadvantages were also given. We discussed how to use the deformed ear tissue and to perform tympanum shaping at the time of auricle reconstruction for suitable patients to improve the hearing.
