摘要
为定量分析和评估预警机系统的效能,根据预警机作为空中C4ISR系统的特点,从杀伤链的视角出发,利用系统分析的方法,分析并建立了预警机系统可用度、可信度、能力和效能解析计算模型。重点分析和探讨了预警机执行防空预警和拦截引导任务的能力,推导了电子干扰条件下预警机雷达对空中单目标的检测概率公式,给出了对多目标的跟踪概率公式,以及执行指挥引导任务时的引导和拦截概率公式。最后,利用得出的效能分析方法和公式,在假设预警机参数的条件下,对其防空预警和拦截引导效能进行了简要估算,根据估算结果,分析讨论了系统可靠性、维修性、抗干扰能力、生存概率对预警机效能的影响。
In order to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the Early Warning Aircraft (EWA), the mathematic models for callculating its availability, reliability, capability and effectiveness are built up based on the characteristics of the early warning aircraft, which is used as a kind of C^4ISR in the air, by using system analysis method. The system capabilities of EWA in air-defense early warning and intercept guidance are studied, and the algorithms are presented for calculating the detection probability of the airborne radar in single air target detecting under electronic interference. The tracking probability model for multi-target tracking, and the guidance & interception expressions during executing command & guidance mission are also given. The early-warning and intercept-guiding effectiveness of EWA are calculated briefly by use of the formulas obtained with supposed EWA- parameters. The influence of system reliability, maintainability, anti-jamming capability and survivability on the effectiveness of EWA is analyzed based on the calculated result, and some suggestions are presented.
