摘要
在简要分析我国卫生服务体系变革中的政策机制的基础上,从政策理念与政策对象两个方面构建新型农村卫生服务体系的政策分析模型,提出了这一新型体系的基本框架。
Based on concise analysis of policy mechanism during the reform of health system in rural areas, this article constructed policy value and policy object to analyze a model of rural new type health service system. It had proposed a basic framework of new health system.
