摘要
本文论述了在新的环境下高校图书馆信息服务体系面临的形势及存在的问题,并从服务意识和服务方式两方面讨论了图书馆信息服务体系的建设和创新,最后论证了实现图书馆信息服务体系建设与创新的软硬件环境建设。
The paper briefly discuss the problem of university library information service system faces under new condition, then talk about instruction and innovation of university library information service system from two sides： service consciousness and the mode of service. Finally discuss the hardware and software to realize the instruction and innovation of university library information service system.
