利用多重RT-PCR对口蹄疫病毒分型 被引量：9

摘要 根据已经发表的口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)全基因序列,设计了一套引物,建立多重RT-PCR方法,区分A型、AsiaⅠ型、O型3种血清型的病毒。该方法对O型病毒的敏感性为101.00LD50,对AsiaⅠ型病毒的敏感性为101.25LD50,对A型病毒的敏感性为101.00LD50。该方法具有良好的特异性,能够区分保存适当的病料,可以用于病毒的分型。
