摘要
以农业可持续发展为切入点,从新的视角,把农村人力资源开发与农业可持续发展结合起来,分析二者关系,并提出推进农业可持续发展的人力资源开发战略思路。
This article begins with a discussion about sustainable agricultural development followed by an analysis of the relationship between sustainable agricultural development and human resources in rural areas. A proposal for better human resource management for sustainable agricultural development has been put forward at the end of the article.
