摘要
目的观察微波被服消毒机杀菌效果及消毒相关性能。方法用载体定量杀菌试验和仪器检测法对微波消毒机杀菌效果及物理性能进行了检测。结果微波消毒机输出功率30kW、内置2.5kg棉制品负载条件下,照射1个工作周期（12min）,双层被褥中央的中心点和两边共3点平均温度分别为118.2℃、122.5℃、125.5℃。微波消毒机在工作期间,其外表面各处的微波漏能为0.00-0.01mW/cm2。将菌片置于双层被褥中央的中心点和两边共3点启动微波消毒机照射12min,对载体上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均〉3.00。对30件被褥现场试验表明,微波消毒机照射1个工作周期对被褥表面的自然菌杀灭对数值均〉1.00。结论该微波消毒机对包裹在被褥中心的人工污染细菌和被褥表面自然菌均具有良好的杀灭作用,微波照射期间环境中漏能泄出量符合安全要求。
Objective To observe germicidal efficacy and disinfection-related properties of the microwave clothing disinfector.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and instrument examination method were used to examine the germicidal efficacy and physical properties of the microwave disinfector.Results The output power of the microwave disinfector was 30 kW.Under conditions of loading cotton products 2.5 kg and irradiation for 1 working cycle（12 min）,the average temperatures at the central point and 3 points of two sides of a double-layer bedclothes were 118.2℃,122.5℃ and 125.5℃ respectively.During operation of the microwave disinfector,the microwave leakage at various points of its external surface was 0.00～0.01 mW/cm2.When the bacterial carriers were put at the central point of the center and 3 points at two sides of the double-layer bedclothes and were irradiated by the microwave disinfector for 12 min,the killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans on the carriers were 〉3.00.On-the-spot test for disinfection of 30 bedclothes indicated that the killing logarithm value of natural bacteria on the clothing surface irradiated by 1 working cycle of the microwave disinfector was 〉1.00.Conclusions The microwave disinfector has good killing effect on both artificially contaminating bacteria enveloped in the center of bedclothes and the natural bacteria on surface of bedclothes.The microwave leakage in environment during microwave irradiation fulfils safety requirement.
